The exercise library can be filtered by body part, specific body part, muscle, diagnosis, exercise type, phase, equipment and plane of motion. Filters combine — each additional filter narrows the results further.
Tricks that save time
- Search by diagnosis or ICD code. If you know the diagnosis, filtering by it is usually faster than browsing by body part.
- Synonyms are indexed. Searching "knee" also finds exercises tagged with related terms, so try the common name first.
- Start broad, then narrow. Pick the body part first, skim the results, and only add more filters if the list is too long.
Getting zero results?
- Remove the most specific filter first (usually equipment or phase) — the combination is probably too narrow, not the library too small.
- Clear all filters and start again with just one.
- Check for typos in the search box.
If you believe an exercise is missing from the library entirely, open a ticket and tell us what you were looking for — this genuinely helps us prioritise new content.
