Welcome to Move8 Health ("Platform"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Move8 Health platform, including all associated services, features, and content. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
To use the Platform, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:
The Platform is designed for licensed healthcare professionals to create, manage, and share therapeutic exercise plans with their patients. You may use the Platform to browse the exercise library, create customised therapy plans, manage patient records, and share exercise instructions with patients.

Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you create on the Platform, including exercise plans, patient notes, and therapy programmes. By using the Platform, you grant Move8 Health a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
Platform Content: The Move8 Health platform, including its design, code, and features, is owned by Move8 Health and protected by intellectual property laws.
Exercise Library: Content in the exercise library is licensed to you for use within the Platform. This licence does not transfer ownership. You may not extract, redistribute, or repurpose exercise library content outside the Platform without express written permission.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. We are committed to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection legislation. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
New Therapist accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required to start your trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Platform. If you do not subscribe, your account will be restricted to read-only access.
Therapist subscriptions are available on a Solo or Group plan, billed monthly or annually. Current pricing is displayed on our Pricing page. Group plans include a base seat and additional seats billed per active team member. Patient protocol purchases are available as one-time payments or recurring subscriptions at the price shown at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing a payment method, you authorise Move8 Health to charge the applicable subscription fees on a recurring basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until that date and will not be charged for the next period. Cancelling a Group plan removes all team members' access at period end.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at billing@move8health.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request. For EU consumers, statutory withdrawal rights apply to the extent required by law; however, by starting a trial or accessing digital content, you acknowledge that performance of the contract has begun and waive the right of withdrawal to the extent permitted.
If a payment fails, we will retry the charge and notify you by email. During a payment retry period your account remains active. If payment is not resolved, access to write features may be restricted until the outstanding balance is settled. Persistent non-payment may result in account suspension.
We may change subscription pricing from time to time. For existing subscribers, any price increase will take effect no sooner than 30 days after we notify you by email. Continued use of the Platform after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
Move8 Health is a professional tool designed to assist licensed healthcare practitioners in creating and managing therapeutic exercise plans. The Platform is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
All exercise plans and therapeutic recommendations created on the Platform are the sole responsibility of the Therapist who creates them. Move8 Health does not verify, endorse, or assume liability for the clinical accuracy or appropriateness of any content created by Users.
Patients should always consult with their treating healthcare professional before beginning any exercise programme.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Move8 Health and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
Move8 Health's total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Move8 Health in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account by contacting us or through your account settings.
Move8 Health reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, you may request an export of your data. We will make your data available for export for a period of thirty (30) days following account closure. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vienna, Austria.
